Manifesto

Financial truth should be shared.

Good research on smaller companies exists, but it is expensive, private and slow. AI tools are fast, but they guess. We think there is a better way.

01The problem

Research is locked away.

Deep research on small and mid-sized companies is usually sold privately to a handful of large funds. Everyone else reads press releases.

Meanwhile, general AI chatbots answer financial questions with numbers that sound right but often cannot be traced to any document.

02Our belief

Facts are a public good.

The data inside official filings belongs to everyone. Turning it into clear, verifiable knowledge should not be a privilege.

We build a knowledge graph only from official sources, and we let the community decide together which companies to cover next.

01

Source first

Every figure points back to the official filing it came from. If we cannot cite it, we do not publish it.

02

Open by default

Research funded by the community is public for everyone, forever.

03

Independent

No ratings, no target prices, no sponsored coverage. Only facts from audited documents.

04

Accessible

Shared funding keeps the cost low, so anyone can take part, not only large funds.

03Our promise

Grow the commons, together.

Every member who joins helps fund new reports. Every funded report adds to the graph that all connected agents can use.

The more people take part, the more companies get covered, and the lower the cost for everyone.
